Scapino

Fall 2014

Scapino! is a one-act play adapted from Molière’s farce Les Fourberies de Scapin by Frank Dunlop and Jim Dale and directed by Prof. Christopher Swift.

The production features original songs and an all-star cast of CityTech students. The plot centers around the machinations of a clever servant who arranges the happy reunions of two pairs of young lovers. The production is designed and crewed by a brilliant team of students from the college, and is produced with the support of Theatreworks and the Departments of Entertainment Technology and Humanities.
